Train-The-Trainer Courseware (TTC) The Courseware has been developed to assist experienced adult educators and migrant support workers when supporting migrant women to become integration experts. The aims established for the Courseware were: • To build on participants’ existing skills, knowledge and experience of engaging with and supporting migrant women; • To induct participants into how to use the MIE Curriculum; and • To develop participants’ skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver the Curriculum effectively. The Courseware is made up of 9 modules that are practical, experiential, applicative and contain practical activities, with good practice case studies drawn from the research phase. Content has been designed to be delivered as a combination of face-to-face and self-directed learning, although this can all be done face-to-face if preferred. The Modules are: 1.
