Project Summary EN

12 Each of the resources developed has included step-by-step instructions on how to deliver the activities, the materials required, time to be allocated, ideal group size and the learning styles that will be addressed (visual, verbal, physical or social). A Glossary of key terms has been provided should the learner require additional support. The Toolkit is available as a flipbook and can be accessed on the e-Learning Platform established for the Project at http://www.integrateproject.eu . The hard copy version of the Toolkit also includes a Journal (providing creative prompts and probing questions to help the user to prioritise what is most important to them and provide clarity) and a Weekly Planner (to allow the user to plan activities for each day). Implementation of the INTEGR8 training Having developed the resources and tools, the Project began the implementation phase through the delivery of the Modules developed. This was in two main elements. Delivery of the Train-The-Trainer Courseware The Train-the-Trainer Courseware was delivered to more than 70 professionals working in the adult education or migrant support sectors, with at least 10 participants from each partner country. The nature of the job roles of participants varied from country to country reflecting the different circumstances in each locality, but included community development workers, community trainers and staff employed by local authorities and by the partner organisations themselves. The purpose of the training was to ensure that participants could: • Familiarise participants with the core concepts of both the MIE and INTEGR8 project, from both a theoretical and practical perspective; • Introduce participants to the Curriculum and actively engage them with the resource materials available; • Encourage (and inspire) participants to recognise their potential with a view to increasing their confidence in their own ability to deliver the full programme at a later stage;
