6 Project Delivery Partnership The Project received funding from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) of the Directorate-General Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission. This Fund has sought to promote the efficient management of migration flows and the implementation, strengthening and development of a common approach to asylum and immigration. The Project has sought to address the objective of supporting legal migration to EU States in line with the labour market needs and promoting the effective integration of non-EU nationals. The Project has been delivered for 2 years culminating in November 2018. Led by Meath Partnership, the Project has been delivered by a multi-disciplinary group of organisations representing 7 EU-member countries with a wide range of experience of working with migrant communities: • Meath Partnership (Ireland) – lead agency for the Meath Intercultural Network and provides training and other support to minority ethnic communities in the county. • ISQ (Porto Salvo, Portugal) – a VET provider with experience of developing and delivering training programmes focused on socially excluded groups. • Learning Unlimited (London, UK) – a social enterprise providing a range of services to marginalised people, including literacy, language and integration supports. • UPIT (Pitesti, Romania) – Faculty of Educational Sciences with experience of providing continuous professional development support to teachers and trainers. • FCN (Florence, Italy) – a consortium of social cooperatives providing residential centres for migrants and supporting social inclusion through counselling support. • JaW (Graz, Austria) – an asylum seeker support organisation providing housing, education and training in preparation for entry to the labour market. • CARDET (Lefkosia, Cyprus) – academic research and development organisation with experience of developing programmes focusing on migrants and integration. All project activities have been delivered in each partner country.
